About the Titleist GT2 Fairway Wood
The Titleist GT2 Fairway Wood was introduced in 2024 as part of the GT metalwood family and as the successor to the TSR2 fairway position. Its construction combines Titleist’s Seamless Thermoform Crown with a forged L-Cup face, while the GT2 model uses a shallower profile than the separately identified GT3 fairway.
GT2 was offered across five lofts — 13.5°, 15°, 16.5°, 18°, and 21° — giving the model a wider range of fairway configurations than the GT3. That makes exact loft and club identity particularly important in the used market. A GT2 Fairway Wood is also completely separate from the GT2 Driver despite sharing the same model name.
