Titleist T250 Irons — Used Value & Resale Guide

Introduced in 2025, the Titleist T250 replaced the T200 name with a redesigned players-distance iron built around a hollow all-steel body, forged L-Face, and progressive internal weighting. TCV tracks completed private-market T250 set sales to show what these irons are worth used.

About the Titleist T250

Titleist introduced the all-new T250 in July 2025, replacing the T200 designation. The hollow-body iron uses an all-steel exterior and a forged L-Face that wraps into the sole, with a lower center of gravity and V-Taper face design intended to promote launch and speed, including on lower-face strikes.

Improved Max Impact technology and progressive grooves support more consistent performance through the set. Split high-density tungsten lets Titleist place mass strategically in different heads. Standard T250 lofts are stronger than the separate T250 Launch Spec; for example, the standard 7-iron is 30.5° versus 35° for Launch Spec.
